Poker Texas Hold'em

-->
Objective

As in other versions of poker, the objective of Texas hold 'em is to win the pot or hole, where pot is the money wagered by all players in a hand. The pot is won either at the showdown, forming the best five of the seven available cards, or betting to other players "throw" cards or "no go" by abandoning its commitment to the pot.

When holding the 5 best cards from the seven available (two initial cards deprivation - and five community cards) and one can choose the combination that will prove most beneficial.
That is, you can take your two starting cards over three community cards on the table, you can take one of their initial letters plus 4 community cards, or may not take any of your starting cards and play with the five community cards, the latter is called "playing with the table."

Betting

Hold'em is usually played using the small blind (small blind) and big blind (big blind). These bets are called "blind" because the player bets without having seen any of the cards from the table.
• The small blind gets the player to the left of the dealer, and is equivalent to half the big blind.
• The big blind is provided by the player to the left of the former and is equivalent to the minimum bet. In tournaments, the amount of the blinds will increase as the tournament progresses.

A button is used to represent the player in the position of the dealer. The dealer button rotates in the direction of clockwise after each hand, with a rotating the dealer and the blinds. "

Pre-Flop

The game begins by dealing two cards face down to each player. These cards are called pocket cards or hole cards. They are the only cards each player will receive individually, and will be discovered at the end of the hand or if all players call all-in ".

The hand begins with a round of betting before the flop, starting with the player to the left of the big blind and continues in the direction of clockwise until each player bets.

After this betting round, if it continues at least 2 players in the hand, began to put on the table discovered five community cards (so that Texas hold'em poker is a game of "discovered") in three stages :

Post-Flop

Before each of the three phases of burn (burn) a letter, which is left apart and upside down.

1st phase (Flop): Three cards face

The dealer deals the flop, simultaneously three cards (community cards). The flop is followed by another round of betting. This and other betting rounds begin with the player to the left of the dealer or the dealer who owns and continue in the direction of clockwise.

2nd Phase (Turn): An exposed card

After the betting on the flop, a new up card (turn) is put on the table, followed by another round of betting. This letter is also called 4th Street (fourth street)

3rd stage (River): A letter discovered

After the "Turn", another upcard (river) is placed on the table (to form the five "community cards" or cards), and is followed by another round of betting. This letter is also called 5th street ("fifth street").
Show Down

Finally, sample letters if necessary to decide the winner among the players who are still in the hand.
Winner

If a player bets and everyone else is removed, the player takes all the money or chips in the pot, and will not show their cards. If two or more players remain after the last round of betting, the showdown. In the sample, each player uses the best five cards as possible from among the seven that make up their two hole cards (pocket cards) and the five common cards on the table (community cards).

If two or more players share the best hand, then the pot is divided equally among the players ("splitpot). Anyway it is common that the players have similar hands, but not identical. A letter is often used to break ties kicker.

Conditions under betting

Fixed Limit (fixed limit)

The fixed-limit mode (or simply "Limit") is a mode you can only bet a fixed amount of chips.

Betting on the first 2 rounds (preflop and flop) are equal to the big blind, and the two following rounds (turn and river), bets are equal to twice the big blind.

It is very important to play before the flop: Playing too many hands you can lose a lot of money and back you can earn big money with a tight-aggressive game. That is only play very few hands early, but they will play very aggressive.

The poker school PokerStrategy has published several tables for the game "preflop. There are two well-known tables, the SHC (Starting Hands Chart or Table for Starting Hands ") that is for beginners and the ORC (Open raising chart") that contains all the starting hands can be played if no one has entered the boat before.
After the flop the concept of "odds and outs is very important to play a useful role. It aims to compare the size of the pot to the size of the bet. If there are enough cards to improve one's hand can match.

No limits (no limit)

Texas Hold'em no limit betting is a form where you can wager any amount of chips you have on the table above the minimum bet. Bet all the chips this is known as "All in" (I'm yet).

This is the most known of this game and it takes great knowledge to play it, because you can gain or lose much larger boats more easily.
Many people play according to strategy or strategy BigStack short stack at the tables on the Internet.

In this modality is very important, and perhaps the basis of this game is the initial or pre-flop bet, which should have clear concepts of how to bet in every situation, in this mode can not be a player too tight or too loose, or you can not play only very strong hands, because your opponents do not bet against your bets, play many hands and that losses would be enormous.

Already on the flop is very important to know your opponent and know what type of bet to be done, as is a no-limit betting, you can do something known as the flop continuation bet when our game is very strong preflop, but not so strong on the flop, this in order to eliminate opponents and win the jackpot, and if it is a very strong hand our goal would be to win as much money as we can. The concept of "odds and outs is very important to play a useful role. It aims to compare the size of the pot to the size of the bet. If there are enough cards that can improve our counter match the bet or re-raise

After the flop is more complicated no-limit because your opponent can get a game that more than ours, so it is here that we must be careful and know that gambling situation, or know if our game is a good hand
or one hand we have to throw away and not continue to gamble.

Limited to pot (pot limit)

As you can bet the maximum amount of chips is in the pot at the time of your bet. As the pot is defined as the sum of the boat and all bets on the table plus the amount the player must call before raising.
